Conversations with Chairs is a new cross-department dialogue series that connects postdocs with senior academic leaders to build a more comprehensive academic environment and foster a sense of belonging for trainees. This is a postdoc-led initiative being run in collaboration with UNC’s Postdoctoral Association, the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, and the BioSTAR Office.
