To begin your online registration, simply browse the event listings, select the event you wish to attend and complete the online registration form. Your registration will be confirmed by email.

The UNC Department of Radiology is pleased to offer verification of the clinical training of our residency graduates and fellowship graduates.
OPTION 1 - DEPARTMENT VERIFICATION FOR RECENT GRADUATE – No Cost (Less than 2 years from graduation.)
OPTION 2 - DEPARTMENT VERIFICATION FOR GRADUATE 2+ YEARS – $100
Please complete all required information and follow the prompts to “Register” to pay by credit card for this service. Once completed, please send an initial email with signed trainee consent and verification forms needed based on your program:
Resident and ACGME Fellow Graduates – please send verification forms to RadEduTeam@med.unc.edu
An Education Program Administrator will return your verification form within 10 business days upon completed registration and payment. Please contact RadEduTeam@med.unc.edu with any questions or concerns.
Limitations Note: If a trainee’s program completion date was more than five years ago, we cannot provide information related to competency, performance, or ethics. In these cases, we can only verify program participation, training dates, and program completion status.
