Description:
Life is constantly moving. Work, relationships, responsibilities, and the constant "noise" in our heads. It doesn’t just slow down so we can be mindful. This course isn’t about escaping real life. It’s about learning how to meet it with more presence, clarity, and care.
Everyday Mindfulness is a four-week experience designed to help you bring mindfulness into the moments where it actually matters, like when you’re stressed, distracted, overwhelmed, or simply feeling disconnected. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, you’ll find practical tools you can use beyond the cushion and into your everyday life.
Each week, we’ll explore simple practices working with the breath, body, thoughts, and emotions. And without pressure to “do it right” or quiet your mind. The goal isn’t perfection, but a more supportive relationship with yourself and your experience.
This is mindfulness for real life.
