Join ISSS and CAPS for nature therapy. You will be led through a hands on activity to ground yourself and reconnect with nature. This session will give you the space to practice wellness techniques and learn about the role nature plays in our daily lives. Following the discussion we will put what we learn into practice and learn how to pot a plant. First 12 to register are guaranteed a free plant.
