This 60-minute virtual presentation aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions about your housing accommodations while at UNC Chapel Hill. Join International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), Off Campus Student Life (OCSL), and Carolina Student Legal Services (CSLS) for an informative virtual presentation tailored specifically for incoming international graduate and international transfer students who intend to live off campus. During this session you’ll gain valuable insight to navigating the off campus housing market, understanding lease agreements, identifying reputable apartment complexes, discover common additional fees, and more. You will also learn about resources available to you when addressing landlord issues.

This session will not review on campus living accomodations, if you are living on campus please register to attend the "Preparing for Move-In" session on July 18th.
