Join us for “Entrepreneurship as a Movement,”, a compelling keynote session by Chloe Hakim-Moore, an internationally acclaimed entrepreneur, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and TEDx speaker.

The hourlong event will take place at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 10, in Kenan Center Dining Room on the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School campus, with a reception to follow.

Entrepreneurship has the power to reshape our socioeconomic landscape and redefine pathways to success, something Hakim-Moore knows firsthand. She will share her personal journey into ethical entrepreneurship, exploring how building with intention can serve as a powerful tool for addressing today’s most pressing challenges.

Hakim-Moore is a globally recognized leader in entrepreneurship, social impact and business innovation. She has led over $2 billion in public and private investments for small businesses, built two eight-figure nonprofits and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs. A powerful advocate for marginalized communities, she has influenced global policies on well-being and social equity. Forbes named her to its 30 Under 30 list in 2020, calling her “a key revolutionary changing the course – and the face – of business and society.”

Admission to the talk and reception is free, but registration is required.

This keynote is part of the Conference on Market-Based Solutions for Reducing Wealth Inequality, hosted by the Kenan Institute for Private Enterprise, which requires paid registration.
