ISSS is partnering with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) to host a drop-in hour. During these informal drop-in hours, you can ask questions about managing stress levels, navigating the unknown, discuss strategies to adjusting to living in a new environment and inquire about anything else you would like including well-being and stress management strategies. International students and scholars are eligible to attend these sessions for free. 

You are invited to come and go as your schedule permits. Registration to attend a drop-in hour is not required. If you register to attend this event, we will send you a reminder email one day before the session.
