Well-Being Panel Discussion -
Well-Being: Burnout is a Symptom of A Challenged System - A discussion of system change efforts from multiple perspectives
Three Chief Well-being Officers visiting from various esteemed healthcare and academic institutions will engage in a meaningful dialogue as we discuss the concept of impacting meaningful system changes to move the needle and improve the culture of well-being while promoting a professionally fulling work environment.
Dr. Nadia Charguia, who oversees the Well-Being program for our healthcare system as well as FALD will moderate a conversation between the following invited guests:

May 8 - 1:30-5, Activity and Learning Center, Ground Floor - hybridWell-Being Leadership Development Workshops A series of workshops will be offered to cultivate one's understanding of the well-being landscape and how to be an impactful leader in this space.
Topics will include making the case for well-being efforts, leading local change, building trust with senior leaders and others.
