This interactive virtual workshop will guide participants through the process of identifying their unique strengths and values, crafting a compelling personal brand narrative, and effectively communicating that brand within their workplace. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to enhance their visibility and authenticity in their professional environment.

Tiesha is the Founder and Principal Consultant of LEAD Culture Consulting, an organization designed to assist in the education of cultural competence, through self-discovery; and toward the goal of inclusive leadership. With over 14 years of professional experience in higher education and management, Tiesha brings a wealth of knowledge and insights toward self-awareness and cultural competence which are both critical components for effective communication.
