On July 11, 2024, a representative from Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina will go over the Postdoc Medical Plan for 2024-2025. This forum is an opportunity for all postdocs (new and returning) to ask question related to the medical, vision and/or dental plan and the open enrollment period.

OPEN ENROLLMENT is held annually from July 1 - July 31. If a spouse/partner and/or child/ren are not currently insured under the current medical plan, the Postdoc may add his /her spouse, partner, child/ren during the open-enrollment period. Dependents may only be added otherwise throughout the year with a qualifying life event (birth, job change, etc.). Starting on July 1, the application link for enrolling during open enrollment will be posted on the UNC Postdoc Student Blue website.

After finalizing your registration, you will receive a Zoom link to access the live session.
