If you've been curious about Mindfulness and Meditation but haven't known where to start, this event is for you. Join us for an introduction to Mindfulness that will demystify its concepts and show you how it can enhance your life.

Experience a brief Mindfulness Meditation.
Discuss the potential benefits of practicing mindfulness.
Learn about the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Courses.
