Paula has been teaching mindfulness for over a decade and is dedicated to helping individuals manage stress and enhance their lives.Our day will include:
- Seated Meditation at the Pond
- Walking Meditation at the Labyrinth

Before the start of the first class, a full refund minus the $25.00 handling fee
NOTE: If you have any of the following issues listed below that would present additional challenges in taking the class, please call 919-966-8586 to speak with an instructor before registering.
- Hospitalization within the last six months for any psychiatric reasons
- Medically unstable situation
- Problem with alcohol or drug abuse
- Anger management issues that could potentially be disruptive to the group
- Suicidal fantasies
