This 60-minute presentation aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions about your housing accommodations while at UNC Chapel Hill. Join International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), Off Campus Student Life (OCSL), and Carolina Student Legal Services (CSLS) for an informative virtual presentation tailored specifically for incoming international graduate and international transfer students who intend to live off campus. During this session you’ll gain valuable insight to aid you in navigating the off campus housing market, understanding lease agreements and "hidden" feeds, identifying reputable apartment complexes, and more. You will also learn about resources available to you when addressing landlord issues.
