This second half day lab portion will take place the morning of Saturday, May 4, 2024 held at the UNC Wellness Center in Northwest Cary. Prior registration for the UNC Running Symposium on Friday, May 3, 2024 is required
 
This smaller hands-on experience will feature interactive clinics on strengthening and running drills, yoga for runners, and running shoe fit process for runners.


Additional CEUs will be available and space for the lab will be limited to first 60 persons who sign up.
