Title: BERRY: A 6-month randomized controlled trial of the effect of blueberries on mild cognitive decline.

Objectives:

1. Be able to discuss how the blueberry might be exacting an effect on the function of the aging brain.
2. Define speed of processing and recognition memory, and place these cognitive abilities in the context of mild cognitive decline
3. Understand the methodology used to temporally image brain activity in aging research, i.e., electrophysiology.
4. Understand the methodology used to directly access cognitive abilities in older adults, i.e., CANTAB
