In addition to the daily lecture block (7am - noon), there are optional workshops from 12pm - 1pm, daily. These are complimentary and first come, first serve. Please only register for one workshop per day. If workshops fill up, please inquire about extra spots at the conference check in desk on the day of the workshop.
Point of Care Ultrasound Workshop: A participant-driven workshop with live models, covering a variety of heart, lung, airway and gastric scanning. Limited to a total of 15 participants.
Airway Workshop: A hands-on emergency surgical airway activity. Limited to 10 participants per session.
Regional Nerve Block Ultrasonography Workshops: The regional nerve blocks and ultrasonography workshop sessions are limited to 8 participants each and will cover the different ultrasound scanning views for peripheral nerve blocks and associated anatomy.
Problem-Based Learning Discussions (PBLD): Problem-Based Learning Discussion sessions are complementary, but limited to 12 participants each, so please register early as they tend to fill quickly. Case discussions and references will be emailed to registered attendees two weeks prior to the course.
