Use this event registration system to register for upcoming conferences, classes, workshops, seminars, and other training activities sponsored by various departments and offices at UNC-Chapel Hill.
To begin your online registration, simply browse the event listings, select the event you wish to attend and complete the online registration form. Your registration will be confirmed by email.

Fee Structure
Regular $500 by 11/3
Late $750 after 11/3 and you need to email vcic@unc.edu to confirm we still have a spot for you.
Refunds must be requested at least 4 weeks prior to your event so that we have time to invite another school, and they have time to organize their team and book travel.
Paying the fee will guarantee your school's spot at your regional VCIC event. We do our best to get exactly 6 schools at each of 20 regional events. It requires that all participants be committed!
We do not need your individual teammate information today.
