The Asian American Center's Alliance Community Book Walk will start on May 4th in celebration of National Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. We will have refreshments from 10am-12pm so please register so that we know how much to order: go.unc.edu/AACmooch

Not familiar with Book Walks? They are a way to encourage the reader to be involved in a story by walking through a space with a book’s pages spread out throughout. Each page of the story will be mounted on a board throughout the center's space and the reader will be encouraged to physically move through the book by walking from page to page.

Each of our centers has selected a children’s book to display and invites members of all ages to join us at each of our spaces!
