Workshops in Surviving to Thriving series are designed to provide students of color the skills and tools to successfully navigate academia and toxic working/learning environments, going from merely "surviving to thriving".
Managing up is an essential skill in almost any field of study or workplace. This interactive session will provide graduate students with the opportunity to critically reflect on how they can manage up, navigate power, and maximize their relationships with others in order to help them in their growth and development.
