This webinar will introduce a new online resource, the NCNC Family Navigation Guide, that was developed using a collaborative, statewide interagency process (funded by HRSA grant #H6MMC33235). The two-hour session will provide an overview of family navigation services in NC and previous research and work in this area. Participants will get a live demonstration of the Guide and case studies will be included to illustrate its use with families. A certificate of attendance will be available to attendees.
