Please join us for a special virtual Community Talk Listening Session presented by the Work Together NC team on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, 6:30-8pm

Work Together NC involves self advocates, family members, employers, educators, and service providers in Statewide systems change. The WTNC team will provide an overview of goals and outcomes related to improving the transition to adulthood for people with IDD.
 
After the short presentation there will be a listening session. Attendees will be invited to talk about ways transition to adulthood could made easier. 

During the session you will
Learn about the Work Together NC Collaborative and common agenda addressing the key issues involved in the transition to adulthood for people with IDD 

Provide input on Work Together NC's proposed Community Transition Plan based on your experience as a s self advocate, family member, employer, educator, or professional/service provider
