Thank you for registering for AFIRM for Toddlers: Reinforcement for 3 Continuing Education units (CEs).

This online self-paced module is designed for early intervention providers working with caregivers (families and childcare providers) of toddlers.

In this AFIRM module, Reinforcement for Toddlers, EI providers will review basic knowledge about this practice for toddlers and learn how to plan with and coach caregivers to use and monitor progress of this practice. Reinforcement is the application of a consequence following a toddler’s use of a response or skills that increases the likelihood that the toddler will use the response/skills in the future.

• Create a free AFIRM user account (afirm.fpg.unc.edu)

Highly recommended:

• Complete the Reinforcement module prior to taking this module.

Important Information:

1. This module is designed for individual participants.
2. Upon AFIRM account creation, each participant will have unlimited access to all AFIRM modules and resources.
3. In order to recieve your CE Certificate, be sure you have
   1. Completed the module content
   2. Scored at least 70 in the post assessment
   3. Completed a module evaluation
4. NOTICE: The registration fee for this module is NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. Have your credit card information on hand before you continue with this registration.  Only VISA or MasterCard accepted.

NOTE: If you have found this course through the UNC Event Registration System, you will need to go to the AFIRM website (afirm.fpg.unc.edu) to register and take the Reinforcement for Toddlers module. Once you complete the module, you will have the option to pay for the CEs through the UNC Event Registration System.

Within 45 days of receipt of payment, after confirmation of completion of module requirements, your 2 CEs certificate for AFIRM for Toddlers: Reinforcement from AFIRM will be emailed to you.

Please ensure that we have your full legal name, a valid email, and your BCBA membership number.  This information is needed for the CE Certificate.
