Use this event registration system to register for upcoming conferences, classes, workshops, seminars, and other training activities sponsored by various departments and offices at UNC-Chapel Hill.
To begin your online registration, simply browse the event listings, select the event you wish to attend and complete the online registration form. Your registration will be confirmed by email.

You will be charged $30 by credit card (MasterCard and Visa ONLY) to request a replacement certificate.
We cannot provide replacement certificates for courses that occurred more than 5 years ago.
Gather the information you will need to complete the form:
The name of the course for which you want a replacement certificate*
The date(s) of the course
Name and email that you registered under*
Current name and email*
Healthcare or other organization that sponsored the course
Name of course instructor
Location of course
You can find out the exact date of the course if you registered through UNC Event Registration. Check here. (Select "My Registrations." If you are not/were not a UNC employee or student, click "I do not have a UNC ONYEN." Enter the email address that you used when you registered. A list of your UNC Event registrations will appear. Note the date of the event for which you need certificate replacement.)
