As part of the 2020 ETS/CGS Award for Innovation in Promoting Student Success in Graduate Education, the DSS team is excited to pilot the IME Learning Community (IME LC) in the 2021-2022 academic year! The intent of this community is to provide BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People Of Color) graduate students with the tools to successfully navigate academia and toxic working/learning environments, going from merely surviving to thriving. 

 To learn more about the opportunities available to you as part of the IME LC, we are offering two interest sessions. Each interest session will cover the same content, so we invite you to only register for one. In addition to reviewing the grant and expectations for the LC, we will dedicate time to gather your feedback for programming ideas. We want to make sure we center your needs and concerns as we develop the curriculum for the LC. Come be a part of the conversation!
