This session will aim to provide participants with an essential awareness of self and others as well as interpersonal skills necessary in working with teams in person or virtually.

Participants will understand better how to create work environments that foster engagement and productive working relationships. Participants will better understand their own and others differing personalities; learn how to better work with, manage, mentor, communicate with and motivate the various types measured by the DiSC assessment.
