First-Gen Fridays are a monthly social event for first-generation graduate students at UNC. This is a great chance to meet new people, share wisdom and advice as first-gen students, and unwind from the daily stresses of grad school. We will be using this time to reconnect, get to know one another by creating Me Boards. Students will have 15 minutes to create an electronic collage of who they are, their aspirations, and passions on a google presentation slide. In the end, students will share their creations with the larger group. After you register, a Zoom invitation link will be sent to you.
