Although most graduate students and postdocs have heard about the importance of networking and interviewing well for proactively managing their careers, many do not have a clear plan for doing so. In this half-day workshop, three Ph.D.-level professionals will help participants learn how to network and interview successfully by encouraging them to be intentional, authentic, and articulate in their networking and interviewing process. Equipped with those three tenets, job seekers become empowered and confident as they manage their careers and conduct a job search campaign. Topically, the workshop will cover networking, informational interviewing, and employment interviewing to give participants valuable information and vital skills for job searching success. Please register only if you are able to attend the full time. Lunch provided. Co-sponsored between The Graduate School and TIBBS.

Facilitators: Mike Davies, Ph.D. Carolina Wealth Partners, Tracy Jenkins, Ph.D. Tracy Jenkins Coaching, and Heidi Scott Giusto, Ph.D. Career Path Writing Solutions.
