As you’re moving forward through this degree, and into more of life, it can be difficult to know how to balance being an authentic you with the pressures of academia. Join SEA as we discuss AUTHENTICITY both in and outside of your program. We will be discussing how to still be ‘you’ while wearing many hats (graduate assistant, student, teaching assistant, lab mate, cohort member, mentor, mentee etc.), as well as how to fold your passion, your research, your body, mind, and soul into one cohesive sense of self.
