Information Session/Informal Workshop with University Ombuds Office

Come join us for an information session and informal workshop to learn more about how the University Ombuds Office supports students, faculty, staff, and administrators in navigating challenging situations. The University Ombuds Office is a safe place to talk about any campus issue, problem, or concern and can be a great first step for members of the Carolina community who don’t know where to turn.

This workshop is an opportunity for you to meet the Ombuds Office team, including our new University Ombuds, Dawn Osborne-Adams, and to contemplate the many ways in which ombuds services interface with the SSM role.  Come prepared to discuss challenging situations you’ve encountered and ready to explore the ombuds approach to constructive problem solving and conflict management.
