The Graduate Funding Information Center, a service of The Graduate School, invites UNC-Chapel Hill graduate and professional students from all disciplines to attend one of these in-depth workshops on identifying funding sources for graduate research and study. The instructor will provide time-saving tips for conducting a funding search and an overview of resources available through the Graduate Funding Information Center. Each participant will have access to a computer for searching.

You will learn:

• General tips for finding funding
• How to find opportunities using the Carolina Internal Funding Database, Successful Proposals Collection, and SPIN Plus.
• How to utilize other resources on UNC's Funding Information Portal.

IF YOU ARE WAITLISTED: HSL 307 has extra seats at the back of the room. If you are waitlisted, the event system will generate an email telling you not to attend unless you are told otherwise, but you can ignore that message. Waitlisted students can usually find a seat; they just might not have access to one of the lab's computers during the presentation.
