Please join colleagues for an interactive workshop on giving feedback on Wednesday June 6th from 12 PM to 1 PM in Bondurant Hall G010. Our guest facillitator is Jo Shapiro, MD from the Brigham and Women's Hospital Center for Professionalism and Peer Support.

Participants will: 

• Identify the barriers to giving effective feedback and how to overcome them
• Develop skills for using frame-based feedback
• Apply the skill of using frame-based feedback to relationship building on all levels

Light refreshments will be provided. This workshop is open to Academy of Educators members and the broader UNC School of Medicine Community.
