This series of facilitation training workshops is designed to help develop individual's gain a greater understanding of facilitated dialogue techniques. These techniques can  be employed in group settings and within classroom management. This immersive experience will allow participants to reflect on personal experiences, beliefs, and identities that influence facilitated dialogue and apply tangible methods of facilitation to situations. Additionally, participants will gain peer feedback and practical facilitation skills to enhance classroom management and facilitation.Co-sponsored with the Office of Student Life and Leadership. Lunch provided. It is expected that participants attend all three sessions.
