Participants in this 3-course series will learn: 5 time-tested steps to powerful compliance training; why training for compliance behavior is different than other types of instructional design; how to get the most return-on-investment for your compliance training dollars; what cognitive science can do for your training that traditional methods cannot; and the secret to keeping training participants engaged even after the training ends.

BASICS course focuses on the major approaches to compliance training and key instructional design techniques

INTERMEDIATE course addresses designing needs assessments, learning/program evaluation, and metrics

ADVANCED course is an intensive, hands-on group activity applying the cumulative course content to a complex, real world compliance training challenge.
