Using a version of the MBTI as a diagnostic tool, participants will identify their most likely leadership style from the four main temperament based categories: Catalyst, Visionary, Steward, Troubleshooter.  Participants will identify the differences between the major styles and then understand the adjustments each needs to make to work effectively with the other leadership types.  Lunch provided, please indicate food preferences in the special needs box below.
