PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

September 9 - 11, 2015. This two-and-a-half-day program is designed to provide participants with current and practical information for the recognition and management of common infection control problems in non-acute care facilities, with an emphasis on long term care. This course has been approved as meeting the requirements of the North Carolina Infection Control law 10A NCAC 41A.0206.  The course will be filled on a first-to-register basis. Registration is complete when payment is received. Course confirmation and receipt will be emailed. Continental breakfasts, and Monday and Tuesday lunches are included. If you have special motor or sensory needs, please indicate them on the registration form. Cost: $365 in state; $395 out of state. Our registration cap of 90 is often filled within 7 - 10 days of registration opening - so please factor this into your planning

Payment

Registration confirmation from SPICE will be emailed when payment for the course is received. Electronic registration does not hold a place - only receipt of credit card payment or payment by check. Payment by check must be received within 3 weeks of registration date - after that date (unless special arrangements have been made with your company) registration will be deleted.

Refunds

A refund, less a $100 administrative fee, will be made to individuals who cancel by August 26, 2015. Cancellations must be received in writing. We regret that no refunds can be made after August 26, 2015. Substitutions can be made at any time.
