UNC FOOD ALLERGY INITIATIVE
2025 RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM

We would like to invite food-allergic patients and families, students, healthcare professionals, research or industry professionals, and anyone interested in learning more about food allergy research to join us on Friday, September 19, 2025 for the first UNC Food Allergy Initiative Research Symposium! The event is free to attend and lunch will be provided.

Our keynote speaker is Dr. Hugh Sampson, Emeritus Director of the Jaffe Food Allergy Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Other presenters include members of the UNC Food Allergy Initiative's clinical and laboratory team.
