Title: NRP November 2024 Education Session: “Developing a Culture of Psychological Safety in Research Teams”
Presented by the Relational Leadership Institute @ Carolina

The session will be presented by Josh Hinson from the Relationship Leadership Institute. Kelsey Haywood, former RLI alum, will be providing practical use in everyday team dynamics.

Participants will:

be able to explain what a relational culture is and why it is important in teams today.
list conditions necessary for them to feel psychologically safe in their teams and working groups.

The session will be hybrid. In-person will be in room 2030 of Bondurant Hall and lunch will be provided to those registered for in-person.
