The Spring 2027 Four-Day Relational Leadership Institute is a professional development program that helps people build teams and organizational cultures that prioritize connection, engagement and well-being.

Relational Leadership at Carolina is excited to offer the Spring 2027 Four-Day Relational Leadership Institute on the UNC-CH campus!

The curriculum includes a combination of large and small group interactions to move through the four domains of Relational Leadership: manage self; foster teamwork; coach and develop; and accelerate change. Completing the program requires attendance and participation in all four of the in-person sessions on March 15 and 16, and April 1 and 2 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Registration Fee

Your registration fee includes the four days of programming; light lunches and snacks; access to a personalized CliftonStrengths assessment; and an invitation to participate in upcoming Relational Leadership at Carolina booster sessions.
Registration fees are:

• $1500: general registration
• $1350: UNC-CH and UNC Health faculty, clinicians and administrators
• $700: UNC-CH and UNC Health staff
• $550: UNC-CH and UNC Health learners and residents
