Title: Life of Investigator-Initiated Trials

Objectives: By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

Describe the lifecycle of an Investigator-Initiated Trial (IIT) from study start-up through maintenance and closeout.
Identify key departments and institutional resources involved in the development and conduct of an IIT.
Discuss strategies for effective participant recruitment and retention throughout the study lifecycle.

The session will be hybrid.
In-person session will take place in NC TraCS, Brinkhous-Bullitt Building, 2nd floor, Conference Rm 219. The room will be available until 1:30, for networking opportunities with colleagues after the presentation.
