The School of Data and Information Sciences is excited to announce that we’ll be hosting the fourth annual Data Science Day on Thursday, Sept. 24 at the Carolina Club! This event will bring together faculty, staff, postdoc and student researchers from North Carolina colleges and universities. This year's theme is "Emerging Directions in Data Science." Registration is free, but spots are limited. 

Faculty and staff researchers can submit a short talk proposal for the event by 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28. 
Students can submit a poster abstract by 5 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 7.
