Strong mentoring relationships are built through clear communication, shared expectations, and mutual understanding. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how mentoring agreements can help create more effective, transparent, and rewarding mentoring experiences. 

Together, we'll explore the key elements of successful mentoring relationships and reflect on common challenges. Through guided activities, you'll learn how to create and use mentoring agreements to support open communication and accountability. 

Whether you're new to mentoring agreements or looking to strengthen existing mentoring relationships, this workshop is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible. You'll have space to engage at your own comfort level. We encourage cameras on when possible, to help foster discussion. 

Priority enrollment will be given to doctoral candidates in their second or third year of study. This workshop is offered as part of the Graduate Student Experience Initiative.
