An Individual Development Plan (IDP) can be a valuable tool for guiding your academic and professional growth. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how to use an IDP to set meaningful goals, reflect on your progress, and support productive conversations with mentors and advisors.

Together, we'll work through the key components of an IDP, using self-assessment and skills-mapping activities to help you begin creating your own personalized plan. You'll leave with clear next steps for turning your insights into action.

This workshop is designed to be supportive, welcoming, and low-pressure. You'll have space to reflect and engage with the facilitator and peers. We do ask that cameras remain on to help foster connection.

Priority enrollment will be given to doctoral candidates in their second or third year of study. Registered participants will receive a follow-up message with session details and the Zoom link.

This workshop is offered as part of the Graduate Student Experience Initiative.
