Interested in shaping the future of the graduate student experience at Carolina?
Join the Graduate Student Experience Initiative (GSEI) for an open information session to learn more about the initiative’s mission, structure, working groups, and project focus areas. These sessions are designed for anyone interested in joining a working group and contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives, as well as those who would like to learn more about GSEI.
Attendees will:
- Learn about the goals, mission, and structure of GSEI
- Hear about current working groups and project focus areas
- Explore projects across the initiative and identify opportunities that align with their interests, skills, and expertise
- Learn how to get involved and sign up to participate in a working group
- Ask questions and engage in conversation with initiative leaders and participants
Faculty, staff, and students from across the Carolina community are encouraged to attend.
Three session options are available:
- Monday, August 10, 2026, from 4:00–4:30 p.m.
- Friday, August 21, 2026, from 12:30–1:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 4:30–5:00 p.m.
