The Fall 2026 Four-Day Relational Leadership Institute is a professional development program that helps people build teams and organizational cultures that prioritize connection, engagement and well-being.

Relational Leadership @ Carolina is excited to offer the Fall 2026 Four-Day Relational Leadership Institute at the UNC Friday Center!

The curriculum includes a combination of large and small group interactions to move through the four domains of Relational Leadership: manage self; foster teamwork; coach and develop; and accelerate change. Completing the program requires attendance and participation in all four of the in-person sessions on October 19 and 20, and November 12 and 13 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Registration Fee

• Your registration fee includes the four days of programming; meals and snacks catered by the Friday Center; access to a personalized 5Dynamics assessment; and an invitation to participate in upcoming Relational Leadership @ Carolina booster sessions.
• Registration costs $2750. A limited special rate of $1500 is available for 10 participants affiliated with UNC and UNC Health whose departments do not provide financial support for professional development.
