The Summer 2026 Four-Day Relational Leadership Institute is a professional development program that helps people build teams and organizational cultures that prioritize connection, engagement and well-being.

New Location – Relational Leadership @ Carolina is excited to offer the Summer 2026 Four-Day Relational Leadership Institute on Zoom!

The curriculum includes a combination of large and small group interactions to move through the four domains of Relational Leadership: manage self; foster teamwork; coach and develop; and accelerate change. Completing the program requires attendance and participation in all four of the online sessions on June 1, 2, 11, and 12 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Registration Fee

Your registration fee includes the four days of programming; access to a personalized 5Dynamics assessment; and an invitation to participate in upcoming Relational Leadership @ Carolina booster sessions.
For participants affiliated with UNC and UNC Health, the registration fee ranges from $250-750. A limited special rate of $250 is available for graduate and post-doctoral students and residents.
For participants not affiliated with UNC or UNC Health, the registration fee is $1,000.
