The Leadership Educators Group is a collective of staff and faculty engaging in leadership education from across the UNC Community. The development of leaders is critical to not only our institution but the State of North Carolina. This community of educators provides an engaging environment for staff and faculty to coordinate and shape leadership learning and development for the entire UNC community. No matter what extent you engage in the development of student leadership on campus, this is a space for you!
AI-Ready Leadership in Higher Education: Designing Your Copilot for Innovation & Impact
This interactive, hands-on workshop equips university administrators with the AI fluency, leadership mindset, and practical tools needed to lead effectively in a rapidly evolving higher education environment. Designed to build confidence and competence with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, the session guides participants through structured exploration, use-case design, and collaborative problem-solving to address real campus challenges.
Please note - To attend Part 1: AI- Ready Leadership in Higher Education: Designing Your Copilot for Innovation & Impact session, you must be able to participate in the entire morning portion. Please bring your laptop to ensure full participation from 9:00am - 12:30pm. Space is limited to 60 participants
