Dialogue Circles are structured, inclusive, and restorative spaces that support well-being, deepen peer relationships, and promote reflective learning. They are designed to create space for ALL VOICES, to encourage deep listening, and support communal problem-solving among students, staff, and faculty. This semester, we will have the following dialogue topics:

I. Maintaining Motivation in Public Health: How Do We Support Long-Term Commitment?
This dialogue series invites the Gillings community to explore our motivations and reflect on how they can help us support our long-term commitment to public health as well as our well-being.

II. Engaging Men in Reproductive Health: Opportunities and Challenges
In this dialogue circle, we will explore the often-overlooked role of men in reproductive health, highlighting both the societal assumptions and structural barriers that limit their involvement.
III. Building Healthy Dialogue: Let’s talk about what free speech means to you
In this dialogue circle, we will explore the importance of free speech and how we can respect each other’s humanity even when disagreeing with their views.
