Pause for Self-Care during these uncertain and changing times.
The morning will consist of Mindfulness Meditation practices that will help to bring a sense of calm and ease while providing you with techniques to take out into your busy days.
Meditations will include:
The Breathing Space
Body Scan Practice
Lightly Guided Seated Meditation
Loving Kindness Meditation
This workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing acute or chronic health issues, everyday stressors, anxiety, insomnia, physical pain and more.
