This workshop will introduce scholars to the what and why of research project management: what it entails and how it can benefit both the research and the researcher. The workshop will introduce key project management considerations in planning, execution, and adjustment of research. Participants will learn about the key principles of reliability, legibility, and efficiency in research project management systems and how to begin developing their own system, tailored to their goals and research.

This course will count as 3.0 CSS short course hours.
