Join Ashley Grantham, PhD, Director of Research and Evaluation, Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (UNC SOM), as she leads the session on MBTI at Work and Beyond: Understanding Yourself and Your Team. In this highly interactive session, participants will gain a better understanding of their own Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) type and the preferences of others.   Participants in this workshop will have the opportunity to complete the MBTI assessment and will receive a comprehensive report of their results.  Through small group work and other activities, participants will dive into their MBTI results and apply the knowledge gained to scenarios in their professional and personal lives.
